New Yorkers will remember in Rego Park and Manhattan from the 1950s through the early 1970s a unique and now legendary luncheonette dining experience called the Hamburger Train.

This site is being constructed in honor of my father, and one of the owners of this family business, Stephen Robert Lewis.

We've got some great memories to share, pictures, menus, telegrams, stories, even an old ledger from the 1950s! There will be a forum as well for folks to share their memories.
